Shipping policy

Orders & Delivery

All SIDOE pieces are handcrafted in Athens, Greece, handled with care and dispatched from our studio. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A second email containing your tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

GR Orders 

Standard delivery: 1 to 2 business days from shipping. 

Express delivery: Please contact the team directly on info@sidoe.com upon placing your order. 

EU Orders

Standard delivery: 2 to 4 business days from shipping. 

UK Orders

Standard delivery: 4 to 6 business days from shipping. 

International Orders

Standard delivery: 4 to 10 business days from shipping. Please note that for international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local customs processing.

Duties & Taxes

 Deliveries outside the EU are subject to local import duties, which are the customer's responsibility. SIDOE ships all international orders DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid); any applicable taxes will be invoiced to you directly by the courier. SIDOE has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Shipping Note

Delivery windows may vary during peak or holiday seasons. Please be advised that our couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
