Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

We hope you love your SIDOE purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, our returns policy allows you to return items within 14 days of the date your order was delivered to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size please contact us at info@sidoe.cc to reserve your replacement piece.

How to Return To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer care team at info@sidoe.cc with your order number and reason for return and a member of our team will contact you to provide you with the shipment label for the return. 

  2. Ensure the items are securely packaged in their original box.  

Refunds

Once your return is received and gone through a quality check by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within the next 5 business days.

Exclusions

Please note that certain items on sale may be exempt from being returned. This will be clearly noted on the product page at the time of purchase.
